But unlike that card, this one has a fair chance of actually making a deck tier 2. There's a good deal of cheap outcast cards and with Fierce Outsider you may be able to get somewhere around 4 cards from turn 5-7. That's good enough to juice Vengeful Walloper to at least playable levels.

Just lacks a finisher, but there may yet be one unrevealed.

Sounds good on paper but I'm not entirely convinced that you can just win off of generating floods of cards draw and lifesteal.

How many offensive outcast cards even are there?

Outcast DH players be like

"My day be so fine

Then boom, Vengeful Spirit."

Kinda interesting, but kinda not buying it. At the very least, you know where that Outcast card will land in your hand, but ... random cards are random

This is infinite value if left unchecked much like Whirlkick Master and Underbelly Angler and those cards saw a decent amount of play. The current pool of outcast cards in standard though is pretty lackluster but we'll eventually get more and more outcast cards printed and maybe this epic will set play at some point.

Too bad cards are always added to the right side of your hand, so even if you play one or two of the cards this gives you on the same turn, eventually you'll be forced to end your turn and draw a card next turn, blocking you from activating the outcast effect until you get rid of all cards to one side of it, and who plays outcast cards without the outcast? Though the wording of this doesn't require the outcast to be active, and maybe getting another card will be worth just playing it without the bonus.

Not good enough. Just plain simple as that. The outcast pool right now is not good at all, especially with cards like Vengeful Spirit in the pool. However this will be so much better after rotation because Vengeful Spirit will rotate, and hopefully outcast DH gets more outcast cards then. I feel like Outcast package here might be setting DH up for the next HS year i guess?

Decent stats and a nice effect, so hopefully it'll see some play.

This will be fine...
Like this time next year when there's a bigger pool of cheap Outcasts.
