Damn, this will be really annoying to deal with especially for undeads with deathrattles.
And being 0 mana, you can fit this in any turn.
Looking at the neutral undead cards I have a feeling this card isn't really going to live up to the power level of this card.
Because most aggro decks would not bother keeping cards in their hand just so they can go off really hard at later turns, so we're looking at 3 minions tops, and that's being incredible generous. Priest not having any board wide buffs also complicates matters by essentially making it hard to justify even needing this thing. Would it not be better to suggest that having another minion in hand, instead of this card, be a better choice?
Unless Elwynn Boar turns undead, or something similar to this gets printed, the best card you'd want this for is Incorporeal Corporal and really not much else.
Hmmm, there are some shenanigans with Infectious Ghoul and Plaguespreader or you just run this in a deathrattle priest for extra triggers. Ideally you'd want to play as many minions as possible to get the reborn effect so maybe some sticky deathrattles like Haunting Nightmare or Brittleskin Zombie might work.

Any 0 mana card use to see play. So that card its good for sure.
If you manage to give reborn to just two minions and get killed in you next turn, High Cultist Basaleph will resurrect 4 minions for a huge tempo swing.

Gotta be good with something, but the jury's still out on what that might be
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
On one hand, a zero mana spell seems interesting and flexible, but on the other hand, I wasn't picturing a fully Undead Priest brew, so I wonder if there is actual ways to abuse this and gain tremendous value - but I doubt it ..
And because it had been asked: Adding reborn to a minion that already had it is like a drop in the ocean - no changes

0 mana, eh? Hope it isn't too broken, though giving every undead you play reborn for free seems like it could be pretty strong.
0 mana cards have always been broken at some points, so i'm giving this a 5 star rating already.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Kinda bait, I'm not convinced that Priest wants to spam Undeads just to spread around Reborns.

Being amazing or terrible will depend on how good Undead decks will be. Time will tell, I guess.
