Brrrloc reprint with no tribe and the upside is only later into the game. Seems like either filler or a arena card to me.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I think this is a great card. Freeze is already a solid effect, but Silence is valuable and hard to come by this easily for some classes - for 2-mana, with an upside? Hell yeah. My only gripe is that you can't lay the Freeze and the Silence on different minions.

Keep in mind that Brrrloc could Freeze face; this cannot. That could be important down the line to rein in the Death Knight and their solid weapons. As such, that little distinction tells me this is not good enough.
A neutral freeze effect, but that's meaningless because freeze effects are only ever good in dedicated decks, so this is in fact a card for either shaman, mage or DK, but weaker than the options available for those classes.
So if you are playing this card, it'll be presumably because its a cheap silence. But since silences are tech choices and this only gains that effect on turn 6, its unreliable. Besides, Royal Librarian and starfish fills that void perfectly.
I guess its shit then.
I'm not sure about this card. If you really want silence, you'd just use Starfish or some other silence minion. Most times after silencing a minion, it would have *usually* low attack, so freezing it is just a tiny extra benefit. Doubt this card will be added to constructed decks and I'll be surprised if it sees play outside of arena.

Seems pretty good. Freeze is nice, and mid- to late-game minions are the ones that are most likely to need silencing, e.g. large taunts or persistent effects.
Pretty decent tech card, allows you to stall the game and/or simply negate the last taunt-protection and win the game.
I think it is fairly good, even more so as it give Freeze effects to every classes.
Thematically tho, it should have been printed for Murder at Castle Nathria, but again, no one actually died, so the coroner would have been useless..
