I was opening packs, and got to some Warlock packs that i saved up til the release of the expansion, but the game just kinda softlocks after the packs burst open, blocking into this screen. I can even open the menus but i cant actually do anything besides that. Anyone know if its a common issue or how to fix it?

And as i write this i tried to see if i could open them on mobile but nope, exact same issue. It's kind of annoying.
Yep, unfortunately it's become a widespread known issue. As you can probably see now here.
Well at least i know its not just me now. Hopefully they fix it quick.
Ugh... When I read this, I thought "good, didn't affect me". Buys 3 packs, get stuck...
[EDIT]Oh, so it's just class packs and standard. Got it. I could open my Lich packs...
Update: NOT EVEN STANDARD PACKS FROM THE REWARDS TRACK ARE SAFE
it was not a bug
they disabled opening standard and class packs because of broken probabilities for legendary cards
everything is back to normal now
