Probably early Feb. Its always 2 months after release, somewhere around then.

I'm assuming it will be announced next week, or maybe the following - just as soon as the Heroic Brawl is over and most player have sunk 1-3k golds in it!
next week and then week after it releases if go by previous mini sets that also had a heroic brawl.
Wheres my fucking announcement already...
