Still not a win condition but hey, it gives Control Warrior something to do and if you really want to commit to it you can do a Taunt-Control Warrior build that just aims to drop some fat taunts that your opponent just can't get through.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Its funny because I think this was supposed to be Last Stand's intended target. But unfortunately that card went and got itself buffed so instead we get a fairly flimsy minion, considering its conditions, isn't really all that great in 2022 hearthstone.
Yes its a rather big taunt that can likely stall a turn, but then what? Warrior lacks win cons and this card isn't helping with that.
So this is meh on it's own but only good with doubled stats from Last Stand or Lor'themar Theron. I don't think this will be good enough? They keep trying to make Taunt Warrior work, but it keeps failing. Honestly at this point i'm wondering if their gonna put Fire Plume's Heart into the next core set, just to TRY make taunt warrior work.
At least this will be an amazing arena card though.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Will try on taunt warrior on wild, this could be interesting.
Also I love manathirst as a mechanic. Hope it gets evergreen, also tradable
