Probably crap, but niche crap.
If thief decks are still in, then there's definitely a good reason to play this card. Unfortunately, in every other deck this is just plain inconsistent at best. The real question is why play this instead of a card that does what you want 100% of the time.
I will concede, that against certain classes like DK or warrior, chances are good you'll discover a card you need in that matchup. Because against control warrior you'll likely get a more aggressive spell, vice versa.
I have no idea why you would want this card.
Funny idea, but too inconsistent to do anything. There'S a reason not to run certain spells.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Funny card and great flavor. This seems bad though. People will use the best cards in their decks, so it will probably discover garbage most of the time. of course this gets better near rotations, because then there will be a lot bigger pool of cards. So funnely enough this card will probably be a lot better after the 3th expansion releases this HS year, or right when it's about to rotate in a few years.
However i think this might see play in a lot of warrior decks, because whatever is garbage for other classes is probably better than whatever warrior has right now. :(
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Cool design, fun addition to the cards' pool, but seem a tad lackluster in terms of usage.
Hipster's flavor is on point tho : Oh, so you like Hearthstone? Name every spell.

Amusingly, this seems like Burgle Rogue is the best home for it, but one important fact that people forget about Burgle effects that look at opponent class is that the deck tends to be very bad in a Rogue mirror since your Burgle payoff cards suddenly don't work.
