Okay so what exactly is the meme here?
I'm assuming you're supposed to use this with all the Deathrattle synergies from last set (mainly Shallow Grave) and then mill your opponent into submission while dodginng fatigue damage yourself with Void Virtuoso, but how on earth could that be practical.
Unironically, the original Rin is probably a better win condition even today than this thing.

I'm failing to understand why you would want to do all this to yourself. Maybe Discard Warlock could use this. That's a pretty big maybe.
Its the kind of build-around card because standalone its way too self-destructive. You'll never play this card unless you're 100% sure you're not screwing yourself over.
But fortunately, there is indeed a good way to play this. Play your discard support, and chances are good you'll burn away a good 8 cards, destroy your opponent's board, and pressure them into having an answer or die.
If nothing else, the sheer number of cards being removed will almost certainly counter any combo deck available. You can easily fit this into ETC and bring it out when convenient. Either way, I definitely think this will see play, the only question is how well.
So this seems like a meme card, but i feel like this could be pretty nice to have depending on the meta. Like as long as this exists, warlock will have a way to shut down OTK meta's, and this can just be a tech card in ETC. Wouldn't be surprised if this sees play.
Just a reminder: People loved playing Tickatus even if it lowered their winrate, so seeing effects like these does make me wonder if this will get the same treatment. (Probably not considering Symphony of Sins has better Tickatus and Rin also affects you.)
Also in wild i wonder if this sees play in some kind of Discardlock, because this has discard synergy and messes up your opponent more than it messes you up.
I don't think she's actually good, but people will play her a lot as a Ticketus type griefer card
Rin's orchestra is the best of the best. When your replacement is just one summoning away, you have to play perfectly.
