To be honest, the only thing stopping this from being good is that I can't think of many rush minion you'd want to tutor out of your deck.
Fierce Outsider and Vengeful Walloper is probably the closest I can think of because you're likely to be able to play them immediately after drawing them.
Maybe that's enough honestly. Fierce outsider in particular is just nutty on 0 mana, and this card reliably puts them in outcast position at least 50% of the time, if not 100% always.
Useful for Proving Grounds deck if I want to draw some Big Rush early.
Essentially costs 1 since it removes 1 from the cost of two cards. In other words, how can this possibly be bad?
5 star card. Why: Mana cheat AND tutoring. This is NUTS. Discounts and draws Fierce Outsider and Vengeful Walloper in outcast DH and it discounts and draws Halveria Darkraven in whatever deck that fits in.
Other notable rush minions include: Azsharan Defector, Illidari Inquisitor and maybe Shambling Chow.
Edit: forgot about Snakebite, this makes Snakebite so much better.
This card will see a lot of play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
It'S hard to evaluate, but it's a 1-mana draw 2 for any deck that focusses on Rush synergies and it possibly enables some combos.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Extremely good, Demon Hunter has lots of premium rush minions, the discount only further gives this a utility even in a class filled with good draws already.
