Is unlikely, but it may well be the only tradeable card in standard past rotation. For that, I can't help but at least put it on 3 stars.
Because lets be real here, this card is trash 90% of the time. The only good thing is that you can throw it back for another draw, and that's likely the best feature of this card. Dont get why the effect is a finale, because its perfectly reasonable even as a battlecry.
Does this exist just to tell us that Tradeable is evergreen now?
The only thing that would make sense is if Finale is coded to also work on trades, but at that point this is a 1-mana deadly shot that draws a card and surely they wouldn't print that, right?
Probably not going to be very good. Druid might have been able to make use of the finale, had Wildheart Guff not been leaving Standard. Probably still garbage even so.
I really like this, solely because of the trade value. You can postpone it for later, get a different card, and have a targeted kill for minions that can get around the "elusive/evasive" feature.
arena card maybe?
Good value in arena, bad in constructed seems to be a running gag for filler cards.
There's a reason why it's promoting the festival instead of playing in it - it's a rhyme-lost protodrake.
