If you discount the cost of a card, then use plot twist to shuffle it in to your deck. Does the cost of the card reset or remain discounted?

Most - if not all - buffs, mana discounts and/or enchantments disappear once shuffled back in your deck, unless otherwise precised like Immortal Prelate, but even if discounted would returned as a 2 mana enchanted minion. A hand-buffed minion - or spell buffed, for that mater, as well as a mana discount - that is returned to your hand would also loses its buff(s).

Hope it clarifies stuff for you :)

I believe it works as follows:

Cards keep enchantments when they move 'forward' e.g. when going from deck to hand/board, or from hand to board.

On the contrary, cards lose enchantments when they move 'backward' e.g. when going from board to hand/deck, or from hand to deck.

Hope that makes it easier to remember. :)
