Immediate thing that comes to mind would be relics. Imagine hitting Relic of Phantasms with this, its like giving your opponent free headaches.
In fact, hitting just about anything from dhunter is usually going to be damage to the face, or otherwise, drawing more cards for free, so this card is almost always guaranteed to see play, and in fact would easily sport the highest win play rates.
Only downside is that sometimes it just overdraws, massively. But that's a small price to pay, and can easily be played around.
How does it work with Cast When Drawn cards? Does it cast them additional times. If yes, it will be pretty painful against Plague DK.
I can't see any scenario where this is bad. You can play it by turn 5, and even if it casts a copy of a single target spell on some weak minion, it doesn't matter since you can still use it on whatever you want. Good thing DH doesn't have minion buff spells except for Through Fel and Flames. Maybe don't put that in a deck with this.
All hail our DH overlords.... Like seriously in terms of power this is a questline level reward, except without a questline. Draw this on 5 and you probably win the game.
This slots perfectly into Relic DH already, and a bunch of other DH decks as well cuz it casts a COPY. Which often means more damage FACE.
*Sigh* Typical DH, after all their class identity is "Being OP", "getting nerfed" and "Powercreep".
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
