There's no reason why this card wouldn't see play. The mere fact that it fetches relics and the powerful Unleash Fel ensures that it'll always be viable no matter what the archetype.
A tad slow, since it is in fact a discover card that does nothing more for 2 mana, but whatever. If you get unleash fel you more than offset any tempo loss anyway.
Well, Relic of Extinction or Relic of Phantasms is an option. I don't know what would be a bad choice in the 3 mana or less pool. Maybe something that might whiff because your opponent's board was empty when you drew it.
5 Star card in standard. Why? RELICS. Discover a relic and you probably win the game. Additionally this lets you discover more Unleash Fels.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
