Mage's best card this expansion.
Simple, flexible, and useful in just about any mage deck. You can say fairer than that.
Two of these will bring the spell school count to five, which makes Sif, Elemental Inspiration and Wisdom of Norgannon significantly better.
Really helps the spell school package. Also this fits perfectly into Casino mage, and of course it gives more spells to re-cast with Grand Magister Rommath. Seems like a great spell for a bunch of mage decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
