Its a thief card so it'll see play no matter how shit it is.
But this is card isn't shit, its actually pretty good. The main problem is whether this card gets seriously considered in real rogue decks, and there might well be a chance it does. Prismatic Elemental sees play in mage even outside of what was intended. Maybe the same for this one.

It's been a very long time since a Hearthstone set has satisfied the WoW lore nerd in me, but this one is hitting the spot.

Rogue doing Rogue things. Might get you something helpful, but I don't feel like looking through the 3-cost or less pool of spells for every class.
Burgle rogue card. 5/5 star card because i'm biased, and it will see play because it's a burgle rogue card. Burgle rogue is a popular deck, so this will see a lot of play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
