I'm giving this 3 stars until we know what the Snake Oil does. If there is a way to increase the damage it does, you'd be giving your opponent valuable resources. Why would you want to do that? It would make sense if this card had overly good stats for the cost (like many of Warlock's self-harm cards), but it doesn't.
100% gonna see play because its basically Bad Luck Albatross in a meta that's gonna have highlander decks in it.
Only downside though? The drawn albatrosses costs 1 mana to play whereas the snake oil doesnt. So its sole purpose is to deflate highlander decks and nothing else. Might even be worse if played against rogue.
Shuffling useless crap in your opponent's deck to fuck up their draws? Sounds good to me. Especially if you can trigger the deathrattle multiple times.
