Really nice card. Anything that can tutor specific spells will make this especially good.
I will be playing the Deputy with Steam Guardian and Blackrock 'n' Roll as my only spell lol!
This card will easily see play because its effect is persistent until triggered, and getting one extra spell is always good (except plagues, bombs etc.)
Its easier to list down decks that wouldn't at least consider this a card for inclusion, because its viability is near universal. The only point of contention being that this card is weak on tempo and the effect doesnt trigger until a card is drawn, i.e. a bit slow.
Holy crap that would be sweeeeet! I love Blackrock 'n' Roll. I would like to play it twice, thank you.
I'm not sure how often you put a spell in your deck and don't wish you could have even more copies of it. Maybe tech cards that only help in specific situations.
