Nice little card right here. So cheap, easy to pick something you can play right away. There are lots of good Quickdraw cards.

The fact that this card can easily get you Dehydrate and Rehydrate and at a fairly high chance means it'll always be playable.
The only real question would be ask whether you'll want to play it in your deck. It'll always be an above average card regardless.
Without looking at all the known quickdraw cards from other classes, I'm guessing this is going to be good. It's definitely nice that quickdraw doesn't care if the card entered your hand through draw, discover, or any other means.
