If youre playing an elemental deck this card is a shoo-in.
If youre not, then this card is trash.
So is viability is stuck to elemental decks. Have to respect it, but I dont think I'll be seeing this guy too much.
More support for elemental decks that MIGHT make them more playable. Personally, I haven't encountered very many.

5 Star card. Elemental shaman needed a card like this. 100% a must-include in any elemental deck.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
