It's not a real budget deck, has many epics but no legendaries.

Maybe if you tell which legendaries you got, we can improve it.

You can always run the budget Mech Hunter from RoS, it is still competitive.

Whenever I play, I like the idea of having two copies of every card. I also don’t like depending on legendaries to win like a lot of decks do. I’m not really seeking advice, just seeing if there’s other people out there with a similar style. I play priest, so there are plenty of shenanigans..

I was originally trying to make a deck centered around Magic Carpet, but it isn’t very competitive at the moment. That being said I’m pretty averag

Most quests are the least of your problems: only few of them will be viable at the end of refinement process, and even less so will be actually strong.

On the other hand, it's pretty hard to completely exclude legendaries from decks nowadays.

You could try and build a fast Conjurer Mage, or some Aggro Shaman with a mix of murlocs and lackeys, or Zoolock with a mix of lackeys and blood synergies. Anyway, a deck with absolutely no legendaries is definitely suboptimal, although variably viable.

Well, there's always a Carpet Zoo Warlock.

On a side note, I prefer a control centered gamestyle and I couldn't ever play highlander it feels waaaaaaaaaaaay to inconsistent, there are too many cards that you need 2 of.

you can play a lot of decks just you really need Zilliax(which you REALLY should craft no matter what) and SN1P-SN4P(which you got for free in june).

I built to my friend who quit for a few months 3-4 decks with just those 2 as legendaries the decks looked good actually, token druid and mech hunter both just use those 2 cards and the rest of the deck is just commons and rares in both cases.

you can not run them BTW your deck will just be worse but I really reccomend just running those 2 cards in any deck you create.

murloc shaman can be played without [Hearthstone Card (scargill) Not Found] and you got yourself a top tier 2 deck without legendaries the current list doesn't even run Zilliax/SN1P-SN4P..

Other options you could find is murloc paladin, you drop the highlander stuff and nomi all you need is 4 epics and a bunch of murlocs, the powerful stuff is the Tip the Scales nomi and the highlander legendaries are against control mainly, and findley is 80% of the time a 2/3 murloc for 2.

Other options that I could suggest are overload shaman, which uses Vessina, the card is great but you can just.. not run her and have the pre expansion version, which is very good.

another staple that I really recommend crafting if you don't have him is Leeroy Jenkins he is a very strong finisher in many combo/aggro decks he appears in a lot of decks that aren't expensive.

BTW what was your free quest?

Appreciate all the feedback.. I guess that’s just one of the other thrills to the game for me. Making a legit deck without the use of legendaries. In my two years of playing the furthest rank I’ve gotten is nine with the deck I have posted on my profile. Regardless i still have fun. I actually got the priest quest for the freebie legendary. Side note the rouge quest is insanely easy to get IMO and will likely see a nerf.. you guys agree?

I agree with it being too easy to fulfill and that it will likely get nerfed, but it's not gamebreaking, just annoying that they can ping for 3 and they can get a lot of unexpected spells that makes them even more annoying and unpredictable, but it can go either way and they get a lot of crappy cards (that happened to me a lot...) Anyways, Blizzard gave the archetype a new twist, and it's for the best.

The deck has a winrate below 50%. There is no way that this deck should get nerfed anytime soon.

If you like priest and want to play without legendaries, then aggro priest is probably your best bet.

That's not how it works. If a deck is (too) strong, it will rise up and there will be an outcry from the community within days. There isn't some secretly super broken deck that flies under everyone's radar but Blizzard's. And up until now, not a single person has cried about quest rogue.

Murloc shaman is currently at the bottom of tier 1 @ 55%wr on HSReplay.  It has no legendaries in the core, only 2 epics and is mostly composed of classic/basic cards.  If you want to reach legend right now f2p, it's not very hard.  Whether or not you want to is another matter entirely though

IMO, reaching legend f2p has never been very hard.  Being f2p only hinders your ability to play fun/interesting decks
