if you do did you preorder, plan to buy after release or will you spend gold on it?

personally I spent 2800 gold on dalaran's heist and I am not regretting it at all I already have 700 gold for the adventure's first wing and I am planning to gather all in gold since more or less you do earn 700 gold a week.

I bought Dalaran for gold, even if it was not worth it for the gold/dust ratio, simply because it was Dalaran.

I don't feel the same appeal for Uldum, so i think i will just skip and save the gold this time.

I bought the Dalaran Heist for gold because I didn't preorder Rise of Shadows. I did preorder Saviors of Uldum, so I'm going to buy Tombs of Terror with in-game gold. I have already saved more than enough gold for it.

I've been saving up gold and plan to keep my F2P style while still getting the story.

Will buy it with gold, and complete it on both Normal and Heroic because the cardbacks are rad. I also suspect that they might be an extra reward to be announced with the last chapter. Can't wait to play it!

I'm not 100% sure about it since I'm waiting to play the free wings in order to draw some conclusions, but I think I won't buy it.

I have quite a few reasons to do so:

1. Except minor changes, it's the same Dungeon Run stile adventure: yeah, the Bartender stuff is cool, different treasures and characters, but it doesn't differ that much (e.g. Boom Puzzles), but the free wing may change my mind
2. It has less rewards than Dalaran Heist (ok, Zayle is trash and you can't even disenchant it, but at least it was something: maybe they should bump the rewards to 4 packs in order to compensate, I don't know)
3. Saviours of Uldum has a lot of strong cards and, unfortunately, I've found very few good stuff in my previous 80 packs (yeah, very bad luck)
4. If I just want to have fun, I have a second profile with 9k gold created just for that purpose (and arena)

To be honest, as things are now I'd rather buy the last two wings of One Night in Karazhan than buying Tombs of Terror.

I couldn't afford to spend the money on it this time, so I would have bought it with in-game gold as I just love singleplayer content, the reward for completing itis just an extra for me. Also if buying with cash, I would have waited until after the release so I could buy it cheaper.

Absolutely not, for a f2p is such a bad deal using gold and I don't want to spend real money on this, there are a lot of games less repetitive with a better value than this kind of adventures, which are the same (more or less) since dungeon run (released on December 2017, not yesterday). I hope next time they will create something brand new...

yes it's kinda of the same content but it's always feels different somehow, dalaran's heist was really fun don't know if you really played it or not but it was worth it.

on the bright side the free content (the first wing) grants 3 packs which is great really.

I think I'll be sitting this one out as well. Been a while since I've skipped additional content, but a third rehash of dungeon run just won't cut it for me. 

I have enough gold and all the cards I want, so definitely!

I feel like the dungeon run style adventure had been a bit milked too much. They really should add grand innovations to the game mode, or create something new entierly. These all start to feel repetitive. Does anyone even remember the one with the loa totems?

Also, this adventure only gives packs back. No exclusive reward like Zayle, so unless you are convinced the solo content alone is worth the gold, don't buy it with gold. 

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't wait so long to bring it out, and if all the wings were playable without the drip feed.

You need packs at the start of a new expansion - much less so 1.5 - 2+ months after release.

That said, f2p here and miss the old adventures where you got all the cards.  So will be skipping this and any others like this as I did the first one.

For anyone who really likes these, that's cool it's just not for me.

I'll probably be buying this one with money for the first time in a long time for a solo adventure. Why? Simple reason: my kids (ages 4 and 6) love these solo adventure things.

No. Bought most of Dalaran with gold and hardly ever play it.  Some of the gimmicks and new treasures were fun, but I'm just gonna save up for the next expansion. If i want to play that sort of gamemode I'll just do some dungeon runs.  As far as i'm concerned, until some new gamemode comes out, there isn't any singleplayer HS content I care about.

I pre-ordered it. I dislike buying stuff with real money, but i don't have enoegh recources. Also i'm primarely saving my resources to unlock more chapters for the One night in karazhan adventure. (Didn't know i had that advanture for the longest time, apparantly played chapter 1 and after that never bought any other chapter of it....)

(For those who don't know, if you BEAT chapter 1 of any of the old adventures, BEFORE they rotated out of standard, you can still play buy more chapters with gold, instead of real money.)

I bought it for real money (gasp).

I keep all my gold for expansions. Buying pre-order bundles plus whatever gold I have by the time it launches (usually 3-4k+) means I have all the cards that matter.

Already bought it - i always buy the Solo Content - mostly with in Game Gold - this time with Money - do not know why, just did :) 

Yes i already did, i have bought every adventure since the beginning and this time would be no different.

I don't think using gold to buy adventures is a good deal, regardless of what kind of player you are, so i always buy with money and keep the gold for the expansions.

After Dalaran Heist, Hell, yes.

I bought it with money because I like to horde gold for the next expansion starting about a month after current xp launch. I really didn't care for RR's single-player so bought Dalaran Heist with gold because of trepidation about quality, but that was a total blast so definitely have high hopes for this one. Just not super sure how Bob has a tavern open inside a millennium-old tomb?...

Nope, the new adventures suck imo

The solo content for heist was amazing and fun. I was really happy with it regardless of the rewards. I pre-ordered the next one as the pre-order price was the same as the cost last time but came with a bonus. I don't buy packs ever in this game the only thing I pay for is solo content which is only about $40 a year so I am ok with that.

Yep, to me the single player content is worth the price alone. The packs are a nice extra.

I take it back. Only played an hour its pretty good so far. I can see myself playing this a lot in the near future. Thanks blizz
