I receive a letter today regarding an MNBA loan account from Optima Legal Services basically threatening us to contact MBNA before 22 November 2019 or face a CCJ.
It always worry me but has anyone had any dealings with them?

No I didn't do anything to them. I don't know what they were saying in the letter they sent.
Very likely a scam. Proceed with caution. Don't give them any personal information. Do a little research to find out if they are a real company or other people have reported similar things. This is probably not the best place to seek information, no offense.
