Old Wild Growth + draw a card for a dragon druid?
Really strong if that becomes a thing.
Also, would the 'gain a mana crystal' part trigger if the card you draw is a dragon?

I'm not sure, but do you remember Lesser Amethyst Spellstone? If you draw it with Kobold Librarian it will get an upgrade.
I know this time is different since Breath of Dreams is the card you play and not the one you draw, but if it will happens I won't be surprised

Remember Ferocious Howl ? If you are holding 5 cards + Ferocious Howl (it means you have 6 cards in your hand) and use it, it draws first then gives you 6 armor.
I'm %100 sure of that you'll gain an empty mana crystal with Breath of Dreams if you don't have a dragon but draw with it.

Yeah that specific interaction is the reason I was asking. Then again, Blizzard have never been too consistent with specific interactions so I guess we'll have to wait and see.
The only world I can imagine where this card isn't competitive is one where (for whatever reason) it isn't played in Quest Druid, and Quest Druid is clearly the best druid variant, pushing everything else out of its way.
This is busted, though we'll have to see if some form of Dragon Druid takes shape. Although it might be worth building that kind of deck (or filling your deck with dragons) for this card alone...
Absolutely fantastic card. This will be auto-include in all Druid decks since it's a pre-nerf Wild Growth with draw too. I expect even if Dragon Druid doesn't take off, you'll see at least a dragon or two get thrown into most decks as a trigger
Going to be a little realistic towards this card, but hope I'm wrong, I like it.
The thing is, this will only see play if dragons see play in druid. but currently, because of the quest, no other druid deck is being played at all. So either we get a choose one dragon, or this is just a zero damage shiv. And you can't count on having just malygos or alextraza as your dragon, you want to play this for mana crystals as soon and reliable as possible.

Fearing this might be made redundant by Quest Druid existing. Dragons will have to be very good to compete with Oasis Surgers and Hidden Oasis.

Dragon druid will be viable because of this. I wouldn't be surprised if this card gets nerfed.

Fantastic card. If Dragon Druid becomes a thing, this will be part of the foundation it's built from. Dragons want draw so you can pull more of them, and Dragons want Mana Crystals because they're generally expensive. This is a solid two-fer.
It is like Wild groth but better.

I´m happy that Druids can get their Wild Growth back, but with a rather strong restriction - usable only in Dragon decks. I think that´s the way to go in the future with very strong and flexible cards, just restrict them for a specific deck type where it hopefully doesn´t break the meta.
This is will most definitely make Dragon Druid since ramping is what you will want a lot.
This is the type of card that could end up carrying the archetype, or even leading to people adding in a few good dragons just to get the effect.
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
More situational, but if there are as many dragons as I'm betting on, I see it being very strong.

Un-nerfed Wild Growth that draws immediately is obviously very good. Druid I think has one of the best chances to get a Dragon archetype. Hopefully it's able to match the power level of Quest.
It's good that you ramp only if you hold a dragon, which won't be that common turn 2 actually. Still, it's pretty good whenever before you already have too much mana so it's still powerful.
Love this card, especially with the new dragons. Even those two warrant dusting off the big guns.
In a vacuum, this is extremely good.
Druid heroes have been using two mana Wild Growth for years before it got nerfed, and it was an extremely strong part of their class identity.
The question will be whether it's worth building a deck around dragons to get it's effect? One can even just run it as cycle.

This seems insane, obviously the deck its in might not work but its still insane. Obviously the secondary effect doesn't do anything if you're on 10 mana, it won't let you draw 2 cards, but the base effect is just so powerful its nice to see Wild Growth getting a conditional return.

I mean, this card is just absolutely bonkers and will definitelly make Ramp Dragon Druid a thing, we'll see if it's good enough for wild though.
The Forgotten Wilds - Druid
Very good card! Looks really promising in dragon decks. Can give a lot of value early game.
Definitely the Card that you want for Dragon-Druid.
But the Question is: are we gonna see that archetype being played? Ysera and the Explorer-Card are some good arguments in favor for that.

If you trigger this at T2 it's just bonkers. And Dragon Druid (Druigon? Draguid?) have already gotten some really interesting cards.
Breath of dreams seems very strong. They nerfed wild growth and now they released this card... BROKEN AS HELL
Technical question - will this, like Wild Growth, provide you with a draw if you try to ramp at 10 mana? I feel like I remember that they decided that was a niche interaction somehow, with regard to other ramp cards, but I don't remember.
Otherwise, I agree with the more skeptical folks in this thread! It's a good card... if Druid ends up playing dragons. Otherwise, it will be a card that makes your Wild meme decks (read: MY wild meme decks, get outta heah) more consistent. Currently, that's up for grabs. Ysera isn't consistent or early enough to be deck defining, and Emerald Explorer is quite good but similarly not THAT good. It is, unfortunately, hard to imagine dragons making it into the Choose One shell of Quest Druid, so we'll need to see more powerful dragons, or this won't hit as hard as folks expect.
On the bright side, though, besides the meme side, this will be around for a while! If not this set, hey, maybe we'll receive some dragons that enable Druid in the next. Or maybe Team 5 will decide that these synergies are a one-set thing, as they often have.

If you're at 10 mana does this give an additional draw like Wild Growth does? Or is that part of the effect negated to there being a secondary effect (like it's the case with Jade Blossom)?
Some non-dragon druid decks may run dragons just to activate this. Very strong card for various decks.
Can't wait to have everyone (and me) complain about Druid dominating, but this time with Dragons instead of Taunt and Aggro.
A good card which can be played even without dragons in some heavy druid decks. But in a dragon druid this card will shine. The question is will dragon druid even exist? We'll see =)
Well, without Dragon, this card is just a worse Novice Engineer.
So Breath of Dreams is actually dependant on a decent Dragon package.
And despite the new Dragons being solid cards, they are not enough to sustain a real Dragon deck. Dragon Druid needs more.
And current Dragon package would be suboptimal in Quest Druid.
The easiest bet so far is on Malygos Druid with Dragon package.

I think we can all agree that the effect is pretty much busted. The question is if we can have enough powerful dragons to enable it. We already have Emerald Explorer, so it's a good start.

Sure, I'll try a Dragon Druid deck. This card alone might make it good.
Probably an auto include for Druid decks, but the lack of decent dragons make it difficult to waste slots just to trigger this effect. Let's see what gets released from now.

The card in a vacuum is very strong, 2 mana wild growht + card draw is insane.
to do that you have to have a dragon in hand. Now, people are claiming that in a dedicated dragon deck the condition is always met (it's not even true, but let's say that it is) so the card is broken.
In reality this is not, because being a dedicated dragon deck is already the handicap in itself! that much in fact, that they created a card with this effect without probems.
For now i don't see this dragon druid working at all. If the deck will work this card will be the principal reason for sure.
This card is a real no-brainer, just completely insane how good it is. Along with Emerald Explorer Druid has gotten two very powerful tools already.

Crazy strong. Auto include in all the druid decks from now on and a good reason why all druid decks will have dragons.
Remember that Wild Growth was nerfed to 3 mana? This should be enough to understand how powerful this card is.

If your deck have some dragon, this is an autoinclude. 2 mana to draw and get a cristal is so strong that can be the point where start in the building of druid's deck for next months
There a re currently a lot of dragons to play and the druid's discover one is one of the best.
Seems like such a way improved version of Wild Growth.
Old Wild Growth but better so long as your playing the most fun tribal synergy in the game...seems great.

This card is incanely strong. Drawing one card for two mana is good, but the additional ramp effect lets this card look overpowered. This card would be played, even if it would cost 3 mana.

Finally some ramp cards for druid. This should be auto-included in all dragon druid decks. It lives with dragon druid, but also dies with it.
Looking at all the cards now, I'm not too confident in Druid. If it is good, this will push it, but I think other decks will be better.

I think there's enough powerful dragons being added to make this work.
Card draw and ramp combined for 2 mana is fantastic, especially since the card demands dragon synergy and dragons tend to be medium- to high-cost cards.

Dragon Druid - auto-include. Although it doesn't go in any other archetype. So if that falls out, we'll never see this card elsewhere.

Powerful card. Wild Growth was THE druid card until it got nerfed.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

A card able to single-handedly carry a Dragon Druid archetype. Very powerful, especially since you can still draw one with it if you are drawing it late or in top-deck mode.
This card will make Dragon Druid pretty good. You play on curve and profit.
I don't know, Quest Druid just looks better... It might be fun though, since the spell is very powerful.
Totally insane. A stronger pre-nerf Wild Growth. Even in the desperate situation where you just need a card but don't have a dragon in hand, 2 mana to draw 1 isn't too terrible.
If dragon theme for druid is somewhat relevant, this card is absolutely bonkers. Wild Growth recieved well deserved nerf and this is even better.
