Emeriss in new Dragon Hunter

Hi all,
I've had this guy:
in my collection since the first day of witchwood and, apart from sticking him in the occasional meme deck, have barely used him. I always found his dragon tag confusing and pointless, but I wonder if there might be an opportunity to cash in on this synergy in Descent of Dragons. Having said that, I'm a truly terrible deck builder.
Does anyone have any thoughts about this? I'm assuming it would need to be a control deck, which isn't really hunter's forte, but I was thinking along the lines of an early game rush package with the sidequest, before moving on to some late game, dragon flavoured value bombs.
Would love to hear your thoughts,
M

May all your legendaries be golden.
I am sorry to tell you but Emeriss will, for now at least, remain completely unplayable.
He might make something happen in a deck that cares about dragons, but any other dragon could also be used in his stead.
Spending your entire turn doing nothing will be bad regardless of whether or not you are able to utilize the dragon tribal tag.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
Of the revealed cards so far, the two that immediately come to mind that would interact favourably with Emeriss are Frizz Kindleroost and Dragonqueen Alexstrasza: First you discount your big dragons and then on 7 you Alex some giant dragons into your hand. Turn 8 you can drop Emeriss and up to two 0 cost doublesized dragons, or you can choose to play your threats one at a time.
I don't expect it to be a top-tier deck, but I think you could probably build a greedy highlander dragonhunter and do reasonably with it on ladder. You don't need to change that much from the existing list, which already has a decent suite of control tools.
You could probably also come up with OTK combos involving copying a discounted Emeriss with Dragonbreeder, but that seems very pie-in-the-sky and meme-y.
