no xp bug?

So while I was playing Rather I win or lose Im getting 0 xp. im assuming tis a bug,ifits not thats kinda dumb.

I get 0xp if I win or lose also, but that's because all my characters are lvl 60.
win/lose xp are halved to 0 daily. There is a daily cap.
30 wins / 20 loses for against PvP
20 wins / 10 loses for against AI
Maybe you played more than these.

so there is a hard cap after all I thought it was only soft capped.. oh well.. it's still much higher cap than in hs
This encourages you to play against ai to maximize rewards though.. that's weird.. at least make the AI interesting to play against.

Well, it took me 12 hours to be capped yesterday, I don't think I can play that long again. It was just for first day to test. So I don't think this is a real cap. You can't achieve that with 3 hours per day.

I still think that cap sucks honestly
How does this work exactly? Does it count wins and losses separately? Because if this is the case, getting to 30 wins would encourage you to lose all your games afterward because you will only get xp for losses, which would be pretty weird.
It's there so people won't get so many cards so fast, which is the problem with hs's solved metas.
They are separate. Also PvP and AI are separate too.
You can go normal game to surrender. Today my win rate was like %80 so I had to do like that. Join and surrender. I was doing AI loses just like "join and surrender".
Or you can just try weird decks on normal. It also gives you some creativity.
Or just play Teemo. You will rarely win. lol.
Also, If there was no cap, people would do join-surrender abuse which will lead another problems. Cap is a need. I'm not a fan of caps either but I know that people would abuse the system. Also there is a fact that you can gain experiences from friendly challenges. It would take just 1 hour to complete all region rewards with a friend if there was no cap.

That's a very good point you're raising. I actually saw a YouTube video yesterday of someone advertising this XP-farming method. Guess he didn't know about the cap.
Personally, even though I've been playing the game a lot over the weekend, it's unlikely I'll ever hit any of those caps by playing normally. So it doesn't bother me at all. I say good on Riot for finding a decent compromise to reduce exploit potential.
There is always an XP bonus for Expeditions, even after you've run three, with no cap and no diminishing returns. Of course, you have to get seven wins to get the top bonus, but even just a win or two is worthwhile.
I know it's hard for a free player to save up enough shards for three Expeditions in a week, and I'm sure that's by design. If I were a free player, I'd save up my tokens from the Vault until I could spend three in one week. Better than that is to buy a few coins and support the game. Either way, it is worth it to unlock the only unlimited source of XP, especially if you like draft mode.
