No it isn't in my opninion. It might help you to collect more shards tho.

100% yes!
64% savings off if you were to buy these cards with wildcards. Ignoring needing to wait for enough wild cards to spawn in the shop. The bundle is a great value! We did some math on it back in closed beta and have since updated our article on it. Check it out!

looked at the cards they contain.. the cards aren't that great but in terms of value and how the card acquisition works in this game.. you can accelerate your collection by quite a lot.. that being said.. you don't need it to stay competitive.. unless you really want to get to master on week 1. (by that I mean this game is not P2W but getting new content is of course gated so those who pay do get more options faster but eventually the playing field will be more fair for the F2p)
In terms of value, the pack is worth indeed. Issue are that the card that are in there are not so useful. But it could help you to get some more shards is if buy it after having already taken some rewards here and there.

Some haters in this website were down voting all post here just because its LoR and not HS. Ppl with thier exclusive shit. I like both games. Why can't ppl at least respect it? Its like the console wars.
I do think the starter bundle is worth it considering the price
Didn't hesitated much, 5€ is nothing in the world of CCG, so 15€ worth of card, even if those aren't fabulous, will do for me.
If you intend to spend any money on this game whatsoever, you should start with the Starter Pack.
It contains some of the most useful commons and rares in the game, and you will be very glad you don't have to craft them.
