I started playing runeterra for a couple of weeks and almost half the games i play are having connection issues. I already tested the internet several times to make sure it's not my problem and i wanted to know if you guys are having the same trouble. I really liked the game but it's impossible to enjoy it. I'm not going to play it anymore and if you are having the same problem i recommend sending a complaint because i'm sick of these triple A companies doing a half-ass job. If there is something i can about this, please come talk o me,

No, no problem in my end I used to have in preview but it was a problem with my ISP.
You should try to ping Riot servers (those are the league servers, so they might be different but they are mostly the same routing):
NA - 104.160.131.3 - america
EUW - 104.160.141.3 - europe west
EUNE - 104.160.142.3 -europe east
OCE - 104.160.156.1 - australia
LAN - 104.160.136.3 -latin america
Search cmd -> open it-> ping (your closest server depending on your region) press enter you can put -t to ping several times.
For example: ping 104.160.142.3 -t
If your ms>150 or so, you have lags.
Contact Riot's support for more analysis they could help you figure out what causes your lags, they really helped me when I contacted them.

I’m sure they will work it out along the way, but not intending to spend the time waiting for that
I've been playing the game a lot since the open beta launch (western Europe), and I haven't experienced any connection issues whatsoever. The only technical issue was a single game crash. Starting it back up allowed me to reconnect right away, although I did miss one round in the process.
