It is possible, cause you can be offered to trade champion in a Trade pick after a few games, especially after 6th win. Once, i had 4 Garens in my deck, it was pretty awesome :D So many Garen's Judgments <3

ok thanks, it is pretty rare right? i never seen a trade for champs but i will keep it in mind for now own.
Im not sure what are the conditions, maybe you can potentially force it, as with some other stuff during drafting, but yes. I think i had it offered to me 2 or 3 times only so far. I think at least 2 of those were at 6wins going to the last match.

So far having done a fair bit of testing (but which I can't, with clear conscience, call 'extensive'):
- One Champion decks are possible but rare
- I've seen Champion trades on 4-6 wins, but more commonly 6
- They seem to be offered when you heavily focus one area - I haven't confirmed yet whether it's bucket-specific or archetype-specific, but I'm very confident it's the former because...
- Certain buckets - specifically one of each region monotype bucket, Braum's poro-bucket and Heimer's Cataclysm bucket - have only one champion on offer rather than the two the other buckets have
My supposition - not yet a conclusion - is that you can soft-force a mono-champion deck by specifically picking from a mono-champion bucket to the exclusion of all else at every opportunity. Note that it won't be foolproof by any means, and honestly probably isn't worth it given you usually want to dip into other buckets for answers.
Still doing more testing in this area though, so all statements subject to the 'oops, turns out that was wrong' principle!
I see you when you're sleeping; I'm gone before you wake
I'm not as good as turn 4 Barnes; But I'm at least a Twilight Drake
I once had it happen right after drafting.
I had a pure Piltover deck with Teemo and Ezreal, but I didn#t really have a lot of Shroom cards so the game just offered me to trade teemo for another Ezreal.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Same. I've definitely been offered champion trades before my 4th win before. Twice, I believe.
