Seems like potential for the cancellation of the Hearthstone stream. Don't get me wrong, precautions for the virus are completely justified. But it would be quite disappointing even so, especially after the constant 'announcements of announcements' and lack of actual information given out up until this point.

Personally, I don't think that they would have announced the stream today if there was any indication from higher-ups that this policy was going to be implemented - which there must have been.
They've built this up far too much for them to want to cancel it; I imagine if worst comes to worst, they'll do it remotely and just be on-call with each other.
Also worth mentioning, if they did have a few people together to do the stream, that's a large degree less worrisome than if the whole building is full of people. It is all about being smart and limiting exposure as much as possible.
As Shadows says though, its definitely possible they could all be remote. We do have the technology :D
They can still stream with each host from home.
Not optimal, but doable, if they know in advance.
They could even register the stream and make it available slightly later.
I can already hear the sweat going down the poor intern's neck that'll have to syncronise all that crap, haha!
