What browser are you using?
Browser version is also important! Also be sure you are trying it with any mobile browser addons you may have set to disabled.

I am using the latest version of Chrome without any extensions
Latest version of chrome here on my Galaxy S9+ that has a fully updated OS (June 1 security level patch).
I am unable to replicate this issue.
FWIW can't copy deck and import to Hearthpwn on Firefox
