The way it's phrased it implies that it's either the sibling of a currently existing character or we are looking at our first dual character hero skin (as in two characters as one skin).

As pointed out, it's not gonna be Rogue, but it being Celeste doesn't make sense, unless Celeste is the name of multiple indiciduals (sibling hivemind?)

I would like to believe we can guess by the calss with the least amount of skins, but that's kinda moot seeing how Shaman got yet another skin.

Honestly, it might just be a Demon Hunter skin. Better cash in on the hype sooner than later. If we go by my "two characters" theory it would be a good way to make a new hero for the class that doesn't feel repetitive (given how Demon Hunters all kinda look the same)

Sylvanas, Alleria and the other one are in the game, as either Hunter alt skins or legendary cards....

I have no idea about the lore, but could it be a parent of Malfurion and Illidan? 

ehh I doubt it, no one knows who their parents are, and Alt heroes are either pre-established characters or original characters for fun

Maiev has a brother called Jarod, and Jaina has a brother Derek who is now undead sailor. Calia Menethil (Arthas' sister) could be an interesting priest.

I cannot think of any others to add to your list, unless you want to count all children of Cenarius as Lunara's siblings. So far as I know though, they all got along other than Illidan & Malfurion, and I suppose Vareesa doesn't much like Sylvanas anymore. So maybe Vareesa to finish the triad for hunter?

Edit: by the same logic Calia and Arthas weren't exactly on friendly terms in the end, so I'll second linkblade91's 'final answer' of Calia.

I doubt they'd release Vereesa now. Would be kinda boring if all Hunter ever gets is Windrunner sisters

Having read into the story some more, and with no other clues to go on, I'm standing by Calia Menethil as my final guess/answer. Her younger brother slew their father the king and turned into The Lich King; that's pretty significant. She's also gained in WoW relevance recently as a potential leader of the Forsaken now that Sylvanas has abandoned them.

Calia would be a Priest alt hero, and could have remarks for both the Arthas skin and the Sylvanas skin; she's also friends with Jaina.

Calia trash talking Sylvanas would be kinda nice.

And no one cares about Derek...

Some brothers:

Broxigar, Jaina's brothers (I forgot their names, both are sailors, rogue is strong on pirate/seas theme).

But I will bet for Tess Graymane, sister of Liam Graymane and she is legendary since her appeareance on Witchwood .

Edit: Wrathion, Sabellian and Ebonhorn are brothers, as any other dragon of the same flight, and the black dragons are related to the Ravenholdt Manor, a rogue organization. But I still think Tess is the one.

Alexi or Weldon Barov for rogue.

Darion or Renault Mograine for paladin.

Wilfred or Lulubelle Fizzlebang for warlock.

Need a rogue skin

Don't forget that Nefarian and Onyxia are siblings, they're the children of Deathwing.

Also Jaina has a younger brother called Tandred, he's a Kul Tiran captain, but he doesn't do much.

Ysera and Alexstraza are also sisters.

Aman'thul's (basically Zeus/Odin of Warcraft) brother is Sargeras (big bad god, origin of all demons), but I seriously doubt they would be ever put in the game. Their power level is absurd compared to all in-game characters,

Broxigar and Varok Saurfang are both really interesting, heroic orc warriors, but neither of them is in the game yet.

There are also the Greymanes, as Tess has two brothers, Prince Liam and the name escapes me at the moment. They are pretty prominent siblings, and Tess also has some position in Hearthstone Lore.A brother of her would fit as a sibling of a of possible rogue hero (although I suppose we won't get a third female rogue)

Now the siblings comment makes sense. but who would have thought, that they invent one?

Quite sure she didn't even knew she had a sister. Or in fact that she was a druid all along.
