What will you craft?

All cards are now revealed.
What are your favourite cards and what will you be testing day 1 after launch?
I am not a great theorycrafter so personally I will focus on improving what I already have, maybe a Yasuo deck.
And of course some Bilgewater cards will be tested by me, toss mechanic seems cool.

I never apologize… I’m sorry but that’s the way I am.
Personally? If I could magically wish for any deck out-of-the-gate, it would be something built around Miss Fortune because she just seems insane and fun. But that said: I've had the most fun in this game when I see what I open and then build around my collection, so I'm going to wait for my vault and some expedition runs before committing any resources.
I really want Fizz, Maokai and Nautilus the most but I don't really have money to spend or too many shards saved up.
Kenny's little poet. 😇
I really want to play the Sea Monsters deck, but since those cards are only viable in a full sea Monsters deck, I’m scared of the deck is bad I’ll have wasted my wildcards.
I'm also in love with sea monsters even if they don't look super good
Not going to lie, I'm very interested by the prospect of building a Maokai Toss deck, coupled with Piltover & Zaun's new follower that lets your opponent draw a card. I've always enjoyed strategies exploiting alternate win conditions in CCGs (like Final Countdown in Duel Monsters). I don't think I'll try crafting the entire set of necessary cards for it right away, though. I'll probably wait at least one week to open 2 vaults and progress on the region road first.
Edit: After having looked through the full set of new cards, I'm definitely excited to add Trail of Evidence and Subpurrsible to my Catastrophe deck. That deck is performing rather poorly, but it's my favorite deck to play at the moment.
I'm also not going to craft anything right away, but I'm interested to try out Deep/Toss Maokai/Nautilus decks down the line. I'm just a bit afraid they won't be very good as the amount of new direct Nexus damage related cards was quite high. That won't stop me from having fun against AI though.
Have you seen them all? I'm sticking with my opinion that Nautilus himself isn't great, but between Devourer of the Depths and Terror of the Tides they've got some punch. Shipwreck Hoarder and Abyssal Eye look pretty good too.
craft? everything. the game is so f2p friendly that u will be able to craft it all. plus if u ar like me and have played since the beginning you have hundreds of wildcards and tens of thousands of shards.
game's economy along side the ability to interact with opponents turn is its biggest asset
I think Terror of the Tides is a win more card and will end be cut out from more refine lists, the other 3 are very good but I think the meta will be to fast for this archetype to be good. Maybe tier 3 or low 2
Personally, I am going to get all my region roads completed (2/7 so far). I think I have used only one wild card since the Open Beta launch (an epic). I see no point in using any wild cards at all until I complete the region roads. Yeah, the weekly vaults are a crapshoot, so that's just bonus to me.
If there is a deck I reallllllly wanna try (and I already have the Champions), I will use shards on the Coms, rares, Epics. They replenish pretty fast and until this new set came out I almost had everything anyways.
Sooooo.... gonna see how the meta shakes out and if my current (old) decks start to suck then I will go from there.
I will say this... I am damn tempted to get 3x Miss Fortune.
Maokai and Nautilus are my favourite! I already have a lot of shadow isle cards, so i will definetly try these out
To all who plan to go for Nautilus i gonna tell you that all Nautilus decks that i faced so far were a complete trash piles of of big greedy creatures that cant defend the nexus, are unreliable removal (Devourer of the Depths yes you sir) and do not even win the game when you get to the depts because it still goes like heimer turrets > Monsters.
I know I wont stop you from crafting Nautilus and the deck around him i just want to warn you guys that he proably wont be good.
Maokai however is preety strong and especially with Twisted Fate you easyly can kill the opponent the turn Maokai levels up, stealing the rest of the opponent's deck.
However be aware of the fact that if you draw from the empty deck of the opponent YOU are going to loose because it doesnt matter from which cardless deck you drew
Lol that's hilarious--I don't even need to actually see it I can just picture in my mind some cock-sure kid doing it out of sheer BM and then literally speechless as the "defeat" screen pops up. Thank you for making my day.
Guess what happened to me... (and by that i mean that I won because of that :D)
How can you draw from your opponent deck? ahah
Black Market Merchant, Yordle Grifter, and Pilfered Goods can steal cards from the opponent's deck. There may be more; I'm just going from what I remember off-hand.
As for the topic at hand, I haven't played the game in a while so my resources aren't super impressive - only 23k shards. I really like Miss Fortune, and Sejuani would definitely go in my Frostbite deck, but to make three of each would be most of my shards. Doesn't leave a lot of stuff for the supporting cards...
Definitely better to wait and see if you open a free champion, THEN spend a few resources crafting around them IMHO. It probably won't be the champion you "picked", but in my experience getting a little creative is even more enjoyable than just duplicating a meta deck.

This is absolutely nuts. I would expect more decks to be built around this crazy card combo. Nothing like rushing with 10 atk / 9 def on turn 2.
I really don't know. I began playing this game a week ago - in fact I claimed my new Ashe deck just today. I haven't spent any resources on anything yet, and so I am very curious to know what more experienced players are aiming for.
I will say that the Midrange Bannerman deck looked good to me.
