Unable to reroll quests following update (now appears resolved)

I'm unable to reroll quests following update on both EU and Asia.

Anyone else having similar issues?

    and having been stuck with a 50g quest, yes it sucks as well

    Seems resolved on my Asia account now.

    .... and my EU account also.
