Vi Rework Idea

My rework of Vi would be to change her text to "I have +2|+0 for each Fleeting card you've played this game (max +8|+0)."

This would make her good in a deck built specifically around her, while making her weak without support cards. There would still be many ways to use her, such as with Bilgewater or Ionia or cards like Mechanist Zevi, but she could no longer be slotted into decks like Bannerman or Corina control that use her a just a big challenger unit. 

If you were to re-work her in this way, she would have to have some second ability to add fleeting cards to your hand. Every champion in the game right now either has some ability to help level them up, or at least some synergy with their level up requirement.

I understand that she has to strike for 10 damage to level up, and she has an ability that gives her attack, so technically that counts. But it still feels weird having a champion that wants you to do this unique thing and doesn't help you along the way.

 I don't think her being good stand alone is a problem, not every champion is yasuo, I think it's fine having champions that are good, but better with support.
