Like MTG. With a max of like 10 cards you can swap in or out at the start of a match once you see their champions/regions. The side boards would be limited to only none champions and spells and you can't change your region combo either or add one if your using a mono deck.

It would add an additional waiting time.
I like the idea in general, but because of the additional time the limit of cards that can be replaced should not exceet like 6-9 cards.
Maybe instead of Side Boards it'd be something like you can make 3 Versions of a deck (with a Core 30 cards that is the same between all 3) and you choose one of the 3 to play. That way it wouldn't increase the time it takes to play by that much but still allow for players to make different versions of their deck for different matchups.
Maybe for when they start adding different modes and/or tournament features (although honestly things like an official timer and spectator mode would do so much more for that), but not for ranked. Ranked is currently a quick best-of-1, and I think that's the way it should stay.
