Hello someone know why i dont get full dust refund anymore for the nerfed cards
blizzard said 2 weeks and we are not 2 weeks furthe since nerfs but can get a full refund anymore

It probably goes on the server you are playing on. If you are in APAC, the time has lapsed.
That one is for January, those are old Nerfs in that article.
Though I do not know how much it has been since last nerfs
