too bad Bloodsworn Mercenary still exist in standard.

Maybe blizz is hiding some ridiculously overpowered rush minion somewhere down the line, but even then Id rate bloodsworn merc higher than this.
I don’t see it being all too great. Usually combo cards need to be able to stand on their own to be worth running, and without a good rush minion in hand, this is basically worthless
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
Some sort of wacky board clear, I guess. Or maybe they will give us some rush minions that has cool effects to combine with this one?

Potential to be a strong addition to the most recent Warrior lists. Good Stats and the ability is not bad.

besides the obvious comparison to Bloodsworn I think this is just generally too situational.
You have to combo it with a rush minion, meaning it won't come online until 7-mana usually.
Granted, it's a better way to get more Kargaths but that's about it.
There's no way you can throw this out on 3 and expect it to live
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
As it stands there are only Restless Mummy and Kargath as good Rush minions if I recall. As such, I don't see this being especially helpful despite the value it can provide since Bloodsworn Mercenary is already run for similar purposes. That said, if a strong and cheap Rush minion is printed, then this card will almost definitely see play as well.
It reminds me of Spirit of the Rhino. So, not good.
Not great, even though the statline is fine for 3 mana.
Copying a rush minion is, at best, going be a one sided board clear for two cards and 7 - 8 mana. There isn`t a warrior deck that needs that kind of effect right now, but if there is, it would probably be the midrange pirate warrior with greenskin, where this is an okay anti-aggro tool.

it's quite insane with Restless Mummy, you get more procs of that strategy.. if this survives turn 3 the restless mummy is gonna destroy any early game board.
It's... fine, I guess? 4/3 for (3) is a strong statline, but the effect isn't easy to make work. Most games this'll manage to affect 1 Rush minion at best before being removed. Perhaps there's something I'm not seeing, but for me, this is one of the weaker cards revealed so far.
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
Bloodsworn Mercenary is way to strong in the same 3 mana spot, also Playmaker require a rush minion. So I think until Bloodsworn Mercenary will left standard, Playmaker are going to struggle to find a spot in a deck
Well this card will get some boards cleared, that's for sure. Will be totally bonkers for Restless Mummy.

This seems really good with the newly revealed legendary. It's unfortunate that Bloodsworn Mercenary is still in standard, but i feel like this new card might be better, if there will be even more good rush minions shown. Just a good card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Good Stats for the cost and great effect, specially with things like Restless Mummy
I don't see this card being played. The benefit isn't worth the setup. Nobody wants to hold a rush minion in their hand any longer then they have to. And there aren't even that many good rush minions to play this with.

To be perfectly honest, I'm currently not sure what flavor this card is going for. I'll have to learn what a playmaker is. Effect is ok, I guess. Good for extra damage against high-level minions where you don't expect or intend for the rush minion to survive.

Nice effect! There is some very high potential value here, this could really shine in the right deck. Remains to be seen wether Warrior have enough rush minions to make use of this.
A good card to run with rush minions, it's got a nice stat line for cost (Kor'Kron Elite has the same stat line for 1 mana more and charge) and allows you to play two rush minions for the price of one.
Since it summons a copy of the minion with one health, minions such as restless mummy become 2 reborn monsters with rush that can trade for 12 damage across an enemy's board, or shuffle 2 Kargath primes into your deck. There's also the new Rogue/Warrior legendary Doctor Krastinov, that will allow your weapon to gain +2/+2 if both doctors attack.
Currently this minion is MUCH stronger in wild, with Dr Boom Mad Genius, Spirit of the Rhino and Akali, The Rhino could make for a very strong deck revolving around rush minions
Playing this minion on temp probably isn't a great idea, as it would be a target for removal from your opponent, but most decks that focus on Rush minions are more control centric than tempo or aggressive anyways.
The effect is neat, and it could certainly be powerful, though there aren't that many good Rush minions to use with it. It probably won't see much use right now at least, but perhaps it will in the future. Wouldn't surprise me.
The flavor also seems a bit random.
Curves nicely into Restless Mummy, but I fear it's too fragile to see turn 4 and thus any play.
The card I see this being used most with is Hench-Clan Hogsteed. It's the best low-cost rush minion!
That said, it has one huge saving grace over Bloodsworn Mercenary - it can apply pressure. Currently, if you don't have a card to use with the Merc, it just sits in your hand like a dead duck. But you can play this on T3 on its lonesome! If it survives, you've just steamrolled the game - play a Restless Mummy, put your opponent deeper in the hole. If it doesn't survive (assuming you've had a good curve), you've forced your opponent to use removal that, perhaps, would be better used on a later threat, like the new Warrior lego. This will need a deck to see play, certainly, but writing it off with 'eh, its effect is hard to activate' doesn't cover the whole picture.

It is going to take very little to turn the vanilla stats of Playmaker into a power house. Could easily be meta-defining.

Lets not forget this card will summon damaged minions for extra procs of Battle Rage. While not on Bloodsworn Mercenary's levels in terms of board swing, it is still a very interesting effect that can be more useful in more control-ish decks.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

I actually had to look up what a playmaker is because i didn't understand what the flavor is for this card. Aside from that it looks pretty meh but i feel like bloodsworn mercenary just pulls thing off better than this card.
It is a three mana card and more niche than Bloodsworn Mercenary, but warrior has some great rush cards. I'm not counting this card out just yet.

I think this is probably too slow, but I suspect it will see some play here and there.
The extra body is great, but the minion will rarely stick for a turn, so it requires a combo play more often than not to be useful.

Very powerful card with a lot of usage from key control warrior rush minions.
Now thats some synergy. If the meta is board based, this and Restless Mummy will be BFF.
There will be a huge greedy combos with this!

Play rather than summon is a little disappointing, just because I'd have liked to see the silly shenanigans with Restless Mummy. Still a good card with that combo, but not quite as fun as it could have been.

I don't think this is that great, but often epic cards are very niche.
As many have pointed out, it's probably best with Restless Mummy but I'm most excited to try and stick this on 3 and curve into Doctor Krastinov with a weapon equipped. Maybe in a Galakrond deck with Ritual Chopper to really curve out.

I think that Coerce outclasses Playmaker as Coerce doesn't depend on a rush minion to work. Sure, you can get another Kargath Prime in your deck, but it takes some time for both cards to end up in your hand and 1 Prime is usually enough.

It's strong in a deck built to support Rush, but otherwise it just seems too slow since the minions are likely to die next turn.
