Hey, any news on NS leaderboards beeing wiped? in S8 Ending soon you said that you will do that but one week after end of S8 i am still competing for ranks with records from other patch

No news as of yet. We'll give a heads up before the Era resets.

I've twice played through all 16 levels of the anniversary labyrinth (every inch of every level) and there are still at least a half dozen bosses I haven't seen. Are they random? Trying to get the achievement.

They are, indeed, random.

Did the hotfix help the memory leak? Diablo ate up 5 gigs when I was trying the 64 bit client last time.

The hotfix should have addressed the majority of 64-bit issues that have been reported up until now. If you continue to experience issues, please do let us know! We want to make sure everyone can enjoy the upgraded client. :)
