There's a separate hotfix coming to address the issue with The Barber not benefiting from Ring of Emptiness. Should be sometime this week!

Do you test fixes before putting them on ptr? Because it seems to do no damage.

so i guess new patch is comin in 16-17 days and we ain't tested final Barber yet... should we be worried?
