    I've had this happen to me too in the past and it's weird.

    Speaking from experience working QA for various game studios, the best chance to get a bug fixed is to provide reproducible steps. They need to reproduce it on their machines so they can identify which code interaction they should edit, not to believe you that it happens. If you can't figure out the steps, providing specific details of your case also helps narrow it down.

    Video evidence of the bug at the moment it occurs (not just after it happened) helps tremendously. Comparing various videos against each other has helped me in the past to find complicated root causes so a bug can get fixed.

    Pretty much exactly this. I've seen and passed on this bug a multitude of times, and it's something our team is quite aware of; however, its entry is currently labeled CNR, or "Cannot Reproduce."

    If you'e experienced this on a regular basis and have noticed a pattern, please let us know. The more information we have, the more likely and quickly we can identify the source and work towards a fix. :)
