The hotfix for this isn't ready yet, mostly because it's a much more broad issue than it seems on the surface. For example, what's causing this might also be causing the issue where sometimes you don't get loot when killing a Gelatinous Sire. We're still confirming details.
TLDR: There's a lot of investigation and testing that's going into this one, because it's high risk.
