Do I still get the Portrait Icon if I order Overwatch now?

It only says I get the Wings is the Icon a pre-order thing?

I think the wings and portrait frame are also part of the "Digital Deluxe" aka Origins Edition.

Effectively this. None of the Diablo rewards are pre-order bonuses, they are tied to the Origins/Collector's Edition licenses. When you apply that license is irrelevant. :)
