    Also the reduced hatred cost should not be 75-100% on the manticore (linked item shows 40-50%)

    This has already been corrected in the patch notes. Looks like it held over from an early draft.

    Battle.net client shows "Patch 2.4.0 now live" news on EU with the first sentence being :

    Diablo III patch 2.4.0 is now live in europe for PC, Playstation, and Xbox One!

    But no patch downloaded. What a letdown. Decided to go on America servers, nothing downloaded, I launch the game and here I am playing with 2.3.0.34606. So is it really live somewhere ?

    Really sorry for the confusion here. This appears to be a bug in our launcher that is allowing people with certain settings to see the Europe "Now Live" post even though it has not been published.

    So, to clarify, Europe is not live on PC yet.
