The classic Diablo item images have changed to necro gear

The classic Diablo gear event, like godly plate of the whale and such, no longer retain their classic visual inventory screen images. They now all look like necromancer gear. Is this intentional?

Would you mind posting any pictures of the items? Just any additional information I can get for submitting a potential bug report/investigation.

Can do!

Someone above said that the gear looks like the "basic gear" of whatever character class you happened to be on. In my case, it's the Necromancer gear.

There are also multiple threads about the D1 Butcher's Cleaver transmog vanishing from transmog list and in one case just now, from an item it was applied onto.

This has been similarly tracked in the same report.

We're on the case!
