    If you can’t find the deck previously selected: was it the first deck or the second one?

    Bear with me please, I’ll ask a couple of obvious questions to make sure we get all the info here. :pray:

    Could you please confirm that your Collection filter is set to Standard Cards and not to Timeways?

    The deck should also appear among active decks as a “Ladder Ready Warlock” - could you please check and confirm that you do not see your Warlock deck there nor you see it among decks available in the Shop?

    Everyone,

    We’re currently investigating two issues that were recently reported here:

    1. A few players still can’t dismiss the Ladder Ready Pop-up.
    2. A few players have reported they can’t see their free deck after claiming it (note: only one deck can be claimed for free).
      This Ladder Ready deck is not visible in their Collection (despite the correct filters) and it doesn’t appear among their decks (the name is “Ladder Ready” + Class). This deck does not appear in the Shop either.

    If you’re just joining this thread, please specify whether you’re seeing issue 1 or 2 (and if 2, please consider adding the name of the deck).

    If you’d like to add a screenshot, please upload it somewhere and add a link to it in your reply.

    You can do it if you highlight the link in your message and use the Preformatted text option (the button with </>); your link then will look like this:

    @Everyone,

    Issue 1: The Ladder Ready pop-up can’t be dismissed
    We’re running another heal-up that should alleviate the issue caused by the stuck Ladder Ready pop-up. We’ll be deploying this heal-up periodically until the issue is completely resolved (please note that you’ll need to restart your client for this to take effect).

    Issue 2: Can’t see the free Ladder Ready Deck previously claimed
    We’re still investigating this issue, and we do not have any updates at this time.
