looks like a start of something good. they also ASKED FOR FEEDBACK on a lot of their thoughts. which shows that they are actually open for dialogue.

I think we would have to communicate a lot less if the only communication that has value are announcements of changes. We'd also miss out on the opportunity to run ideas by the community before we implement them.
Sometimes the community believes something should be changed, but once explain some of the other considerations, it becomes less obvious what the best path forward is (the basic deck thread from the other day is an example of this, I think.)
I think discussion has a lot of value.
