Invocation of Air only does damage to enemy minions.

What if, for whatever reason, you have Fandral on your board?

Fandral won't affect Kalimos as his ability is not a Choose One ability.

Invocation of earth option: fill your board with 1/1 elementals.

Ozruk's Battlecry looks for Elementals that are played. Invocation of Earth summons the Elementals directly, which means that they are not played, so will not affect Ozruk's Battlecry.

They will not be affected as they are cast through the Battlecry ability instead of the player, like Fire Elemental.
