It's been over 12 days since I attempted to buy the Plague Quarter, and I still can't access it. Am I alone?

I'm feeling extremely frustrated with Blizzard over this botched launching of the Plague Quarter. I purchased my access to the new content the moment I could. I was met with the common "Waiting for Authorization" bug that many others seemed to have received. On Thursday I was doubled charged for the purchase of the Plague Quarter yet couldn't access it. Friday August 1st the first fix was released. Starting that day and lasting until now my shop has been closed. Many fixes have been implemented since then and it seems almost everyone has now been able to access and complete not only the Plague Quarter but also the Military Quarter...which remains locked for meas well as I have yet to been able to successfully buy the previous wing.

I've tweeted back and forth with @BlizzardCS. I've submitted a ticket and received a response. I've followed CM post after CM post waiting for news of an update on my issue so I can purchase an expansion that I was so excited to play I stayed up and purchased it the moment I could. I can't buy packs, I can't play Arena, I can't play Naxx. For 10 days.

Am I the only one with this issue? I see nothing on this sub about people continuing to have issues with the plague quarter. I see players in ranked mode playing new cards like Loatheb while I can't even get them. It's frustrating for sure but what is more frustrating is the lack of true response from Blizzard. They've said one sentence in 13 days regarding my specific issue: "We are currently investigating reports that some players are continuing to receive a “Shop Closed” notification." (August 6th)

Blizzard, do something, for the love of God. Hearthstone is an amazing game and I simply want to play and enjoy your product.

    Hey Cousy, really sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, I don't have a fix or a meaningful update for you right now, but we are aware that there are still a number of players that are stuck with the issue that you described above. While most players that experienced these issues saw similar errors, such as stuck at "Waiting for Authorization", there were actually a number of different issues that could have resulted in these errors. We are still working on resolving all of these different issues and definitely have not forgotten about you! I know this isn't the best answer, but we are still working on it and I will try to provide updates as I get them.
