Will the DeathKnight Priest hero power be weak because of Raza?

I'm really afraid of being disappointed by the priest deathknight card, because I fear that the developers may have been too scared of Raza and so they printed a pretty weak hero power.

I don't know, maybe I'm thinking too much since Raza hasn't seen a lot of play, but I'm still a bit worried.

What do you guys think?

What if the priest hero card is good in most decks but awesome with Raza?

Raza decks being a bit stronger seems fine to me.
