Fireball your opponent's 6/6? Nope, own face. Attack opponent? Nope, poor trade.
9-mana is waaaaay overcosted for a neutral effect, so it will never ever see any competitive play, but I'm waiting for any Evolve/Devolve/whatever shenanigans that bring it out.

Friendly characters will not attack other friendly characters
So it's not even a Yogg-like card, it's just an insanely overcosted Ogre.

Whenever you are about to play a spell or attack with a minion, instead of the normal arrow cursor for dragging it - there is a question mark cursor to remind you that it is Noggenfoggered.
